 Encaustic Painting and Personal Expression

Location: Mizel Museum
Encaustic is an ancient Egyptian painting medium using
molten wax mixed with colored
pigments. This medium
will be demonstrated and the process introduced through
hands-on application of encaustic painting medium and
photo transfers.
Participants will use photo copies in this
work.
